What is Remedial Massage?

Remedial massage is a targeted treatment for pain and injury which focuses on parts of the body that require rehabilitation.

The therapist first understands the issues causing the injury or pain, then perform a targeted massage of the area. 

Remedial massage specifically treats the damaged or knotted muscles and can help manage a number of health conditions, especially those affecting muscles, tendons and bones.

Remedial massages primary focus is to relieve pain, and requires specific techniques to achieve this.

At our Center, we have a dedicated room which gives you both privacy and a place to relax while our therapist massages the areas that need attention.
